What Makes the Holon Different
You Don't Need a Crane for This
Most outdoor LED installations come with a long checklist, permits, lifting equipment, a full crew, and a timeline that stretches for days. Holon skips all of it. Each module is 1' u00d7 2' and weighs 6.2 kg with the frame included. One person can carry it, mount it, and connect it by hand. A small to mid-size display can be up and running in a few hours, whether it's a brand-new installation, a retrofit over an existing sign, or an upgrade to an old LED wall.
Every Module is a Complete Unit
The name Holon comes from the idea of something that is both whole on its own and part of something larger. That's exactly how each module works. Power supply, control electronics, and LED panel are all packed into a single 1' u00d7 2' unit. Plug it in, lock it to the frame, and it runs. Stack as many as the display requires, and the whole wall comes together the same way, module by module, with no central wiring mess and no complicated system setup.
10,000+ Nits with Sunlight-Blocking Louvers
Holon is built to be read outdoors, in daylight, without squinting. Extended louvers on the face of each module physically block direct sunlight from washing out the LEDs. The result is a 26,000:1 contrast ratio that holds up on the brightest days, backed by a 3,840 Hz+ refresh rate that keeps fast-moving content smooth and clean.
Fanless. Runs Cool Anyway.
No moving parts means no fan failures, no noise, and no maintenance calls for mechanical issues. Holon keeps temperatures in check through engineering rather than airflow. Each module draws only around 30W, so heat generation is low to begin with. A 20mm air gap between the power box and the module stops heat from stacking up. The power supply itself is bonded with heat-conductive silicone and pressed tight against a thick aluminum backplate, pulling heat away from the components and spreading it across the surface. High-efficiency power supplies running under 50% load do the rest.
Service from the Front or the Back, No Tools
Every Holon module comes with integrated handles and a safety cable. Pull it from the front or pull it from the rear, either way works. There are no tools involved and no special training required. If a module needs replacing, swap it out and move on. The Holon Max configuration takes this further for larger displays, centralizing power and signal distribution so fewer components need to be managed individually.rn
One Mainbox Runs the Whole Display
The Mainbox combines the LED controller, power distribution, and optional 4G/Wi-Fi communication into one compact outdoor-ready enclosure. It mounts to the wall or the frame, connects to the display, and handles everything from there, including a built-in brightness sensor that adjusts the display automatically based on ambient light. From a phone, tablet, or PC, you can monitor content playback, power status, signal flow, and individual pixel health across the entire screen without stepping outside.
