What Makes the XT-Pro Series Different
Built for Scale
The XT-Pro cabinet measures 1,000mm u00d7 1,000mm with a depth of just 50mm. The modular Nu00d7N frame assembly means you can tile as many cabinets as the project requires, going as wide or as tall as the structure allows. Smaller format options at 750mm u00d7 1,000mm and 500mm u00d7 1,000mm are also available for projects with tighter dimensional requirements.
Aluminum Construction That Holds Up
The cabinet body is aluminum throughout. That matters outdoors because metal handles temperature swings without warping, conducts heat away from the electronics faster, and holds its shape under the mechanical stress of wind and weather over years of use. At 24kg per cabinet, the XT-Pro is substantial without being impractical to install.
Front and Rear Service Access
The XT-Pro supports both front and rear service access. Each cabinet is made up of independent LED modules, so if one module has a fault, the rest of the display keeps running while the issue is isolated. You don't have to take the whole sign offline for a repair.
High Brightness That Reads in Sunlight
Depending on pixel pitch, brightness runs from 5,500 cd/mu00b2 on the 3.91mm model up to 8,000 cd/mu00b2 on the 10.4mm DBD variant. That is enough output to maintain contrast and legibility in direct midday sunlight, which is where outdoor displays are most often seen and most often fall short.
Energy Efficient by Design
The power supply on each cabinet runs on 2.8V to 4.2V DC, which is lower than conventional LED power supplies operating under equivalent conditions. Across a large installation, that adds up to roughly 30% less energy consumption compared to standard LED displays, with no reduction in brightness or performance.
Smarter Content Management
The XT-Pro works with United Signs' Brain Box control system, which connects to the cloud over Wi-Fi, wired LAN, or 4G. Content can be updated remotely from a phone, tablet, or computer. The system supports auto-brightness adjustment based on ambient light levels, real-time monitoring of display status, and remote power scheduling.

Consultation & Site Survey
We review your location, define the display requirements u2014 size, pixel pitch, mounting method, power access u2014 and map the full scope before design begins.
Design & Engineering
Certified shop drawings are produced with structural calculations for wind load, mounting, and electrical. Submitted for permit approval and signed off by your team.
In-House Fabrication
Every XT-Pro display is assembled and QC-tested in our own facility. No outsourcing means tighter quality control and reliable lead times.
Installation & Commissioning
Certified crews install every cabinet, run full calibration, connect the Brain Box control system, and conduct a complete walkthrough before handover.
